VersiWorks SaaS Subscription Option

Control monthly costs and minimize capital expenditures with the VersiWorks SaaS (Software as a Service) option. In this model, a VersiWorks Partner is in complete control of their database, software application and network devices. Using the VersiWorks tools and administration console, a Partner can create unique customer account types, plans, packages, bundles with consumables and configure their own controllers or other devices on their network.

As a VersiWorks partner/client, once set up with a discrete partner database on our hosted servers, you pay only for what you need. VersiWorks will maintain and scale the database servers and the network infrastructure to accommodate the needs and requirements of our successful and growing partners.

VersiWorks technical support is available to help Partners learn the platform and to resolve technical problems should they occur.

VersiWorks can develop flexible subscription options that will compliment your business model. After the initial one-time set up or conversion cost, recurring fees may be based on:

• Sessions
• Subscribers
• Controllers
• Connected Rooms
• Access Points

The VersiWorks technical team is always available to support partner requirements for customization, from Customer Portal modifications to unique features and functionality. Professional fees apply for additional support, custom work and modifications.

Enhancements and improvements that are a result of a new release or a system wide modification or upgrade will be available to all Partners at no additional cost. New, optional features may be added for a nominal fee.

Managed Services Option

IntelaWorks offers a fully managed service option for enterprise or network operators.
With this option IntelaWorks can support specified network management tasks or can provide complete management support for every aspect of a Partner’s network. See the Managed Services tab for details.
